Barmy to Barcelona

Kevin, accompanied by his friend Karl completed the Barmy to Barcelona rally, to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
They drove from Nuneaton, Warwickshire to Barcelona in a car which was so exhausted it was donated to the team for free! During this journey, Kevin and Karl took it in turns to drive through France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Spain, totalling just over 2000 miles! During this drive, the pair completed an activity each day, the first of which was to drive through five different countries.
Not only did Kevin and Karl successfully complete this rally, they also won best car!
Part of the challenge was to have a 'wacky' car, this is why the car was covered in expanding foam, painted and had stuffed dinosaurs screwed to the top and the pair were dressed as cave men! Their very own interpretation of the wacky races 'Slag Brothers'.
